Impact Hub Stockholm leads and contributes to international projects that tackle some of Europe’s most pressing challenges, from closing the gender gap in entrepreneurship to building inclusive labour markets, strengthening social economy ecosystems, and pioneering new finance models for social innovation.
Our projects are funded by the European Union through programmes such as Erasmus+, Interreg Central Baltic, Horizon Europe, and the European Social Fund. In every project, we bring our core strengths: programme design, community building, cross-border facilitation, and deep connections to Sweden’s innovation ecosystem.
