Pathways to Employment
Supporting autistic youth in overcoming employment barriers.
Pathways to Employment is an Erasmus+ co-funded initiative that helps young people with autism develop the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to access the labour market, while fostering inclusive recruitment practices among employers.
About
The project works to improve employability by addressing both technical and soft skills, as well as the emotional challenges that often limit access to work. It also raises awareness among businesses and youth workers, creating tools and resources that support inclusion at every stage.
Beyond skills training, Pathways to Employment promotes long-term sustainability through open educational resources, workshops, and collaboration between youth organizations, employers, and communities across Europe. By building bridges between young autistic people and the job market, the project fosters resilience, dignity, and inclusion.
Target Groups
Young people with autism seeking employment, youth workers and trainers, NGOs and community organizations focused on inclusion, small and medium enterprises, HR professionals, and researchers interested in autism, education, and employment.
