Booking & Cancellation Policy:
Members – You can cancel your booking until 24 hours before your booking starts. An administrative cost will be charged for last minute cancellations.
Coworkers – You can cancel and edit your booking yourself until your booking starts. You can contact our team for assistance with cancellations or changes.
Non-members – You can cancel and edit your booking up to 3 days prior to your booking. Cancellation within 3 days will result in a charge of 50% to the value of your booking.
AW bookings – Bookings outside of regular office hours (before 8:00 am and after 5:00 pm) can be arranged on request and are charged an additional staffing fee. Coworking members with 24 hour access are exempt from this fee.
Event space – Our event venue is available on weekdays from 6:30 am – 10:00 am, 11:00 am – 2:00 pm, 4:30 pm – 11:00 pm and all day on weekends. Event assistance and technical support are included. All catering requests must be finalized at least 5 days prior to the booking date.
