You can cancel and edit your booking yourself until 24 hours before your booking starts. If notified more than 24 hours before the booking, you will not be charged. If canceled within 24 hours, an administrative cost will be charged.
You can cancel and edit your booking at any time. Please remember that this is a shared resource. If you cannot attend for any reason, we require you to cancel your booking. If you do not show up for your booking, it may be canceled at our discretion and made available to others. A penalty fee may also be charged.
You can cancel and edit your booking up to 3 days beforehand. We will do our best to accommodate any changes for you. We may not be able to extend your booking time if there is another booking afterwards. You can request changes to your booking by sending an email to [email protected] with more information.
If you cancel within 3 days of your booking, you will be charged 20% of the total value. If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, you will be charged 50% of the total value. We will also pass on any additional fees if we have incurred extra costs towards your booking such as equipment rental and/or catering, for example.
We can reschedule your booking without charge if you submit your request at least 3 days before your booking date. In the case that you wish to conclude your booking at an earlier time, we will consider this as a cancellation and our cancellation policy will apply.
Meeting room bookings can be made between the hours of 9:00 and 17:00 from Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays. If you would like to book a meeting room outside of regular office hours (before 9:00 and after 17:00) your request will be subject to staffing availability and additional staffing costs will apply.
Bookings made by members of Impact Hub Stockholm are exempt from this additional staffing cost, except in the case where staffing presence is specifically requested.
