You can cancel and edit your booking yourself until 24 hours before your booking starts. If notified more than 24 hours before the booking, you will not be charged. If canceled within 24 hours, an administrative cost will be charged.
You can cancel and edit your booking at any time. Please remember that this is a shared resource. If you cannot attend for any reason, we require you to cancel your booking. If you do not show up for your booking, it may be canceled at our discretion and made available to others. A penalty fee may also be charged.
You can cancel and edit your booking up to 3 days prior to your booking. Cancellation within 3 days will result in a charge of 50% to the value of your booking.
Meeting room bookings outside of office hours (before 8:00 and after 17:00) require additional staffing during this period to keep the office open and to help you with anything you might require (350:-/hr). Coworking members are exempt from this fee unless assistance is requested.
