Take an in-depth look at our support package, developed by 6 organisations across Europe for empowering women in the ICT sector.
Who is it for? It is open for anyone who works in or is interested in working in the ICT sector, but especially those who are interested in making their own organisations and businesses more inclusive and welcoming.
What to does it include?
- Toolkit on how to design and implement initiatives that challenge gender stereotypes and take everyone’s work/life balance struggles into account;
- A self-assessment toolkit to evaluate the performance of organisations and identify improvement opportunities.
About the facilitator:
Pernilla Alexandersson is a consultant and lecturer with expertise in the areas of gender equality, diversity and inclusion – specialised in the area of tech and gaming. She is passionate about broadening the understanding of our human tendencies to seek evidence, patterns and norms in everyday life. Pernilla is the CEO and founder of the Swedish consultancy agency Add Gender AB and a published author.
