About

Youngpreneurs is an EU-funded project that aims to equip women aged 20-29 with the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to run a business. Through an online programme and the use of interactive components, participants learn how to develop a business idea and test its viability; ways to manage a team and be an authentic leader; how to use branding and digital marketing strategies to grow their reputation and business.

The initiative recognizes the prevalence of barriers and biases that reinforce gender inequalities, especially in the business environment. It also identifies key barriers to women’s advancement, including lack of customized training, self-confidence, motivation, government initiatives and professional networking opportunities.

Our target group

Women aged 20-29 within the EU living in rural and remote areas within the EU who have demonstrable interest in entrepreneurship. Women who are not in education, employment, or training and have faced discrimination and marginalization.
