At EFG, we’re proud of what we do. Because we know that a good physical working environment is important both for employee well-being and for creating long-term results. Our focus is sustainable products inspired by Scandinavian design. Products that have been carefully tested to maintain high quality levels. Furniture that facilitates more intelligent ways of working, meeting and socialising. Every working day. Our roots come from the forests of Småland, and the area’s long tradition of furniture making is firmly established at EFG. We have devoted ourselves to sustainable design ever since our founder K G Andersson manufactured his first rib-backed chair in Tranås more than 130 years ago. Today, EFG is a leading European supplier of interior design solutions for private and public businesses alike. Every individual item of furniture in EFG’s range is the result of the knowledge and insights we have achieved over the years. Today we have distributors in the Nordic region and the rest of Europe, but also in the Middle East and Japan. But what about our production? Well, that’s still done in Tranås, Småland!
