Coolinarea appears as a solution to one of the problems derived from mass tourism: the lack of personality of the offer of gastronomic services in travel destinations, highlighting the possibility offered by this project for the transfer of culinary culture and culinary knowledge. The key factor of Coolinarea's services is in its chefs, whose job is to design and cook menus for travelers (who reserve their place online), using as far as possible products from the area, respecting the gastronomic tradition of the type of proposed food, and offering this food-event in your own home, in the environment that you consider most appropriate in each case: dining room, terrace, garden, country house, etc. We are a community that brings together travelers with gastronomic interests and local chefs , with the objective of taking advantage of a scarce and underutilized resource: gastronomic knowledge.
