What is Impact Hub Stockholm?

Impact Hub Stockholm is a community of entrepreneurs, creatives and professionals who are transforming business with responsibility at the forefront. As a member of a growing global network of over 100 Impact Hubs on five continents, we provide coworking space, incubation support, a strong and diverse network, and daily activities in our dynamic space in central Stockholm.

Impact Hub Stockholm is about the power of people with ideas. We create places for purpose-driven people just like you, to connect and build solutions for a better world. Our members consist of value-driven entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, activists, creatives, investors, freelancers and mentors who work together, share ideas and resources. Members work at Impact Hub Stockholm, attend and produce events, run their own workshops, access funding and mentorship, find co-conspirators and partners, participate in social networks, build campaigns, launch companies, prototype and test products… all within a member-driven, Impact Hub-hosted environment dedicated to accelerating possibilities.

What is coworking?

Coworking is what happens when a group of entrepreneurs, independent workers, artists,

designers, organisations and professionals carry out their various tasks in a shared workspace.

Coworking spaces are shared workspaces that are used by various individuals and organisations

as their main place of business, underpinned by community values. At Impact Hub Stockholm,

our core values are Trust, Courage and Collaboration. We build our community around these values

with the vision of creating a better world together.

What does it mean to be a coworker?

Coworking Packages are time-based and give you access to our Hub’s collaborative workspace

and our growing network based on your individual needs. You pay for the time you use the space,

ranging from 32 hours per month to an unlimited package. You can switch package from month to

month without being locked into a contract.

Impact Hub Memberships are personal, as we would like to guarantee the quality of our members.

Consequently, we invite every new candidate for an informal interview to get to know each other

and explore if there is a mutual fit.

Is Impact Hub’s office a productive work environment?

We created the office with collaboration in mind so you can tap into community resources,

host meetings and events, break out into one on one sessions and work quietly on your own.

Your ideas for how we can increase your productivity are always welcome as we seek to

continuously improve and redesign the space.

We are often asked if we provide fixed desks or private offices in our space. We do not.

Only meeting rooms can be reserved at Impact Hub Stockholm. All desks in our coworking space

are hot-desks and the layout is open. This is purposely designed to promote casual interactions

and build relationships between our members. We believe that we can grow our collective impact

through collaborations.

Can I arrange a visit to see the office?

Our doors are open during office hours for those who would like to see our facilities.

I travel for work. Can I use other Impact Hubs overseas?

Coworking Members of Impact Hub Stockholm are automatically granted a Global Passport.

This means with any coworking package, if you’re visiting Milan, Tokyo, Berlin, or another one of

our 100 locations around the world, you can stop in at one or all of them to get your work done

no matter where you are. As a coworking member, you can work from each Impact Hub for up to
