Our conference rooms and event space are equipped to be the perfect location for your creative meetings, team workshops, seminars and more. With high-definition projectors in every room and hands-free microphones, filtered and carbonated water on tap, and Johan och Nyström tea and coffee that supports small-scale producers around the globe included with every booking, we have everything you need right here.

Each meeting room is named after another Impact Hub in our network that spans 5 regions across the globe to remind us that we are part of a worldwide community of changemakers and entrepreneurs who are the driving force behind positive impact.

Prices and Bookings

 

STOCKHOLM is available on weekdays from 6am - 9am, 5pm - 11pm and during weekends. Event Host to provide technical support, setting up, and cleaning are all included.

Cancellation Policy: Members - You can cancel and edit your booking yourself until 24 hours before your booking starts. If notified more than 24 hours before the booking, you will not be charged. If cancelled within 24 hours, an administrative cost will be charged. You can contact your Community Manager for assistance with cancellations or changes.  Non-members - You can cancel and edit your booking up to 3 days prior to your booking. Cancellation within 3 days will result in a charge of 50% to the value of your booking.  Evening bookings after 17.00 Bookings outside of office hours (before 9:00 and after 17:00) require additional staffing during this period to keep the hub open and to help you with anything you might require (350:-/hr). Coworking members are exempt from this fee.
