Since we all work even more online these days, it’s essential that we keep (re-)connecting to the pleasure and power of our bodies as places of movement and experience.
We will practice simple movement and breath exercises to self-massage, relax and awaken our computer desk virtual meeting bodies and soothe our Corona nervous system. This will support our ability to think, benefit how we feel and expand our options to act.
