Stockholm Green Drinks: Get crafty and upcycle Christmas decorations
Let’s get crafty and prepare for Christmas by making decorations and gifts! Look in your recycle bin and get creative – what can you upcycle and turn into something new, fun and beautiful?
The current recommendation is to avoid physical social gatherings, so we will be hosting this session online. Gather some materials beforehand and join us on Zoom. It will be an informal session, where we make our own things at home, but we can chit chat, brainstorm, ask for help or show off our creations!
You can make anything you like – maybe some decorations to make your home more cosy for the winter or Christmas? Or perhaps you can make Christmas cards, gifts, wrapping paper for your family and friends?
Some suggestions of materials:
– Milk cartons as a container or used as a rigid cardboard
– Crisp packets and tomato sauce cartons – as shiny materials
– Toilet rolls and kitchen towel rolls
– Scissors and glue (or even make your own with this recipe!)
– Paint and colours

It doesn’t matter what you make, you’re welcome to come, drop in at any time and hang out with us even if you sit back with a drink and chat with us.
Come by yourself, but even better take a friend or a colleague or two – anyone who you think would also enjoy a Green Drink with us!
