How do you decide what to eat? What to buy? The material items that clutter our lives and the foods and beverages that enter our bodies, have an impact on ourselves, our local economies, and our environment. Join us on March 11th for an evening where we explore consumption. We will have the author of 15 cookbooks, media contributor and experienced sommelier, along with a new startup promoting lunch swaps, and an online tool for helping you make ethical choices when you shop.

Doors open at 17.30 and we invite you to bring food to share – a new and innovative brand you’ve discovered or even something homemade! Then at 18.00 we will kick off the night by introducing #SthlmFoodMovement and hear from our wonderful speakers about their experiences and challenges in creating a better society using food as the vehicle for change. Stay with us afterwards for svinnfika and casual networking to foster new friendships, connections and opportunities for collaboration.
