With Sharon Salzberg, Parker J. Palmer,

Tuesday, March 9, 2021
8 AM PST / 11 AM EST / 5 PM CET

Don’t forget to register for the upcoming WELLbinar! Wisdom teachers Sharon Salzberg and Parker J. Palmer, along with wellness practitioners and activists Reggie Hubbard and Itzel Hayward, will be guiding us through the third session of our 10-part monthly WELLbinar series on inner wellbeing and social change.

Together, we’ll explore the theme of somatic awareness through guiding questions and conversation as well as experiential practice. The 90-minute session will include some short and light physical practices, so be sure to dress accordingly– there will be movement!

For more information on the full series and speakers, as well as previous WELLbinar recordings and resources, check out our website here.
