The climate crisis is one of the biggest, most complex and urgent challenges of our time. In May’s Green Drinks we discussed how we can reduce our impact on the environment as citizens, both online and offline. But we also need to work together across the globe on the strategic and detailed levels as well. How does implementing the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals look like? How do you make sure knowledge and valuable experiences don’t get lost across organisations and teams?

Helena Lindquist will be joining us in June to discuss this. Helena runs Lightswitch, an independent consultancy with extensive experience working with stakeholders across the globe in the public sector, business and the research community to lead and facilitate interactive knowledge transfer in the fields of renewable energy, energy efficiency and climate change mitigation to solve the urgent sustainability challenges facing our world. She will share with us some of her insights and tips, including her adjustment working in international collaborations from physical workshops to being moved online.

This ‘New Normal’ of working digitally from home looks set to continue over the coming months – perhaps for even as long as the next 12-18 months. What can we learn from our new adjustments? Will we be laying down the foundations of a more sustainable, resilient and equal world? You are of course, very welcome to join in the conversation!
