In order to stay in the fight for social change for the long-term, it’s important to understand what burnout is and how to prevent it.

You are a change-maker. You want to make the world a better place. It’s a noble goal, but it can be a heavy burden to bear and all humans have limits. If you’re not careful, you could burn out. In order to stay in the fight for social change for the long-term, it’s important to understand what burnout is and what you can do to prevent it.
In this session, Davida Ginter, co-founder and CEO of Enkindle Global, and Paul Johnson, founder of Workflow Coaching and Consulting, will take you through an interactive workshop to help you identify causes of burnout in your work and learn about what you can do to maintain your energy and passion so you can do this critical work for years to come.
